Parent Educator




Ms. Perry has served as a mediator for over 2-decades and is responsible for designing and improving numerous state, federal, and private-sector EEO resolution systems and programs. 

In addition to a wealth of experience in mediation and conflict mitigation systems, Ms. Perry holds a Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia, and advanced  post-graduate studies at Georgetown University in Policy, and Research. 

As a Parent Educator, Ms. Perry designed the first trauma-informed Parent Education & Coaching program for use in the Commonwealth of Virginia's Family and Domestic Relations court improvement program (CIP). 

In addition to applying her education toward policy improvement, Ms. Perry currently has patents pending at the United States Patent and Trademark Office for educational games designed to improve family relationships and standards of living for the child.

Ms. Perry currently serves as a Title IX advocate for children and families in Newport News, Norfolk,  and Virginia Beach, VA. from Harvard Law's Program on Negotiation, Cambridge MA. 

Ms. Perry also serves annually as a volunteer judge for the American Bar Association's Law School Representation in Mediation Competitions from 2017-2020.
